As most of you would know, while I’m not attending to our classes at OTAO, I work at the Twelve Apostles Lodge Walk along the amazing Great Ocean Road. As the lodge walking season winds down during Winter, I am excited to have been able to secure residence at the lodge between June and August. I invite you to join me along the Great Ocean Road for an indulgent Cooking and Lodge Retreat.

Celebrating our Otway and Twelve Apostle farmers and food artisans, the retreat offers you two cooking classes plus overnight boutique lodge accommodation set amongst the unique landscapes and stories of The Great Ocean Road. We’ll create a wonderful modern Australian menu with Asian influence during your time at lodge with a 5 course dinner menu and Yum Cha brunch.
